| Experience: | 2+ years tutoring experience in middle school to college level math and science. SAT: 730 math, 660 verbal (I'm sure I would do much better now. I have taught SAT, ACT math, and should get perfect scores now.) I very much enjoy explaining concepts in ways that the student can understand and relate to the real world, rather than just memorizing. I am a very relaxed and patient individual and get along well with all kinds of students. Although I have a degree in pyschology, my first two years were in engineering, and my third year was in health science. I have taken college level math through differential equations and multi-variable calculus. I have also taken college level physics, chemistry, and biology. |
| Hobbies: | I enjoy playing sports, especially soccer and basketball. I enjoy reading a lot in areas such as health, physical fitness, strength training, pyschology, sociology, philosophy, theology, and other areas of science. I also dabble in drawing and photography. |

Anthony got back to me right away, our schedules didn't match up so unfortunately I wasn't able to use him. |

Adam has been helping my son with his Advanced Chemistry homework for about 3 weeks now. He is professional, understands the material well, and does a nice job of balancing the tutoring so that it progresses at my son's pace and ensures he is understanding what they are covering. |
